1. Order Processing Time
* All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
* You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
* Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
* Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders over a specified threshold at checkout.
*Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.*
3. International Shipping
* We offer international shipping to select countries.
* Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nexvora is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If we encounter issues shipping to your address, we will reach out to you via email.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
* Nexvora is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim.
* Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
